Flying Branch: Graduation with at least 60% marks and Physics & Mathematics at the 10+2 level.

Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The AFCAT exam comprises:
AFCAT Paper: 100 questions, 300 marks, 2 hours duration.
Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT): For Technical Branch applicants, 50 questions, 150 marks, 45 minutes.
Subjects Covered: General Awareness, English, Mathematics, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude.
Selection Process
Written Exam: Candidates must clear the AFCAT and EKT (if applicable).
Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) Interview: Shortlisted candidates undergo psychological, group, and personal interview rounds.
